How it works

I offer a personalised and unique service, providing comprehensive support throughout the planning process. 

Whether you are taking medication for your condition or not, I can help you implement behavioural changes that will enhance your health and improve your medical situation. 

I will help improve your diet and fitness based on your medical condition. Additionally, I will help you with other lifestyle factors, such as sleep and stress, which are essential for enhancing your overall well-being.

This is how the Transform & Thrive Health Plan works:

  • We work together for 3 months 

  • We start with a 90 minute health assessment 

  • I conduct an initial Food diary analysis, and together with the assessment, I work with you to set health and fitness goals to focus on for our 3 months together

  • We meet every 2 weeks to discuss your progress

  • We have a wrap up session at the end to make sure all health goals have been met

  • Throughout our three months together, you will receive daily email support and voice-note messenger assistance, ensuring you have the continuous help and support you need.

  • I can also provide support and guidance to help you successfully quit smoking or reduce alcohol consumption at no extra cost.

Please note: As a trained pharmacist, I will be knowledgeable about your prescribed medications and how they work. However, I will not be able to advise you on changes to your medication and will always recommend that you consult your GP or consultant for any modifications to your treatment.
