I'm Chrissy, a pharmacist turned memory and brain health coach, with 30 years of clinical experience and a very personal reason for doing what I do.
For years, even with my medical background, I struggled with low energy, fuzzy thinking, and a brain that just wouldn't cooperate. It knocked my confidence and made daily life feel harder than it should. Then a health scare forced me to make some significant lifestyle changes, and everything shifted. The fog lifted, my focus came back, and I felt like myself again.
That experience changed everything. I realised that most women are told to "eat better" or "sleep more" — but nobody shows them exactly how to do that in a way that actually fits their life. And nobody explains why it works.
That's what I do differently.
