How it works
This is how the Health Reset & Sustainable Weight Plan works:
12-Week Comprehensive Health Coaching Program
We will work together for 12 weeks to achieve your health and wellness goals. To get started, I will ask you to complete a food, exercise, and sleep diary, which I will analyze alongside an initial online assessment. This will help me create a personalized plan tailored to your needs, focusing on nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle improvement.
Your 12-week program will cover a different topic each week, focusing on key areas such as
Healthy Eating & Practical Nutrition Guidance – Nourish your body with balanced, sustainable food choices to help you lose weight naturally - no restrictions!
Exercise Routines – Move in a way that supports your health and energy levels.
Stress Management – Practical techniques to reduce stress and improve well-being.
Craving & Portion Control Strategies – Tools to help you manage hunger, emotional eating and behaviours around food. I will work with you on creating long-term, healthy habits for a balanced relationship with food.
Metabolic Health, Hormones & Energy Optimisation – Balance blood sugar, regulate hunger hormones, optimise meal planning, and implement lifestyle adjustments for sustained energy.
You will also receive a weekly online 1:1 coaching session with me, where we will set goals, discuss the week’s focus, and address any challenges you may be facing.
At the end of the program, we will have a wrap-up session to ensure all of your health goals have been met and discuss your next steps for continued progress.
During our three months together, you will have daily access to email support, voice messaging, and text messaging to ensure you receive the ongoing support and motivation you need to succeed.
Optional Maintenance Plan
After completing your 12-week program, you can continue with an optional maintenance plan, for as long as needed. This plan focuses on maintaining progress and supporting long-term health and wellness goals. It includes a monthly online meeting or phone call as well as ongoing email, voice and text messaging support to help you stay on track
6-Week Programme
The 6-week program follows the same core structure but delivers key strategies in a streamlined format. Just like the 12-week program, you'll receive a weekly online 1:1 coaching session with me to set goals, explore the week’s focus, and navigate any challenges that arise along the way.
