Why I Do This Work (and why my approach is different)

I totally get what it’s like to feel stuck in a fog. For years, I dealt with low energy, fuzzy thinking, and a brain that just wouldn’t cooperate. It knocked my confidence and made work and daily life feel way harder than they should.

Then I started making lifestyle changes and everything shifted. The fog started to clear, my focus came back, and I finally felt like me again.

That experience sparked my passion for brain health and for helping other women like myself, in their 50s, take back control of their memory and brain health, so they don’t have to wait until things get tougher down the road.

As a pharmacist turned health coach, I bring over 30 years of healthcare experience and a deep understanding of what really works. I know that real change doesn’t come from quick fixes. I take a calm, down-to-earth approach, and meet you where you are.
